We provide a range of high-quality courses, that are valued by both employers and learners
Industry Focused, Career Ready
DART was founded in 1999 to meet a growing demand for work-based training and development.
Since 1999, we have expanded geographically and offer Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Study Programmes and Schools programmes in addition to NPTC and short courses with opportunities in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, South Yorkshire and parts of the West Midlands. We have continued to provide high quality training within Agriculture, Animal Care, Horticulture, Trees and Timber, Veterinary Nursing, Golf Greenkeeping, Sports Turf and Land Based Operations.
We work closely with Government funding agencies, LANTRA, City and Guilds and the National Apprenticeship Service to provide a range of high-quality courses and qualifications that are valued by both employers and learners.
There are many advantages to choosing DART including the ability to start at any time of the year and availability of support for learners and employers throughout the programme. Our assessors visit the learners in their place of employment and specialist training days are included for your industry. Learners have the opportunity of working outdoors with some courses and expert guidance is available whether you are a learner, employer, parent or carer. We also offer advice and one-to-one sessions for learners that require additional support and assistance.
